2016年5月，“品质革命”一词首次出现在国务院常务会议上。在今年的政府工作报告中，李克强总理也指出，要弘扬工匠精神，来一场中国制造的品质革命。

品质革命，不仅是指品牌、质量要‘双提升’,还意味着要不断提高效益和技术水平，在国际市场竞争中不断开启新的市场领域，满足新的消费需求等。这将有助于提升经济发展质量，加快制造强国建设，使中国产品真正完成从中国制造向中国创造的蝶变。

In today’s program, we will talk about”quality revolution”.

In May 2016, the term"quality revolution" first appeared at the executive meeting of the State Council. According to the Report on the Work of the Government, Premier Li Keqiang has also encouraged that we need to exert the spirit of workmanship and ignite a revolution in the quality of Chinese-made goods.

Quality revolution, not only refers to a double upgrade in both brand and quality, but also means to improve efficiency and technical level continuously, open up new market areas in the international market competition constantly and meet new consumer demand, which will do good to promoting the quality of economic development, speeding up work to build China into a leader in manufacturing, and enabling Chinese goods to be totally transformed from Made-in-China to Created-in-China.
